Price Match Guarantee Policy

At SIMBIM®, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services at the most competitive prices. To demonstrate this commitment, we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price for the same product or service on an official distributor or reseller website or on a written proposal, we will match that price and give you an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee. Our Quality Management System (QMS) Policy, which corresponds to ISO 9001, ensures that we avoid price competition that may affect service quality or brand reputation while prioritising customer satisfaction.
✓ Here's how it works:
If you receive a proposal from SIMBIM and find a lower qualified price from another official distributor or reseller website or written proposal with the same terms within 2 working days, you can submit a claim for a Price Match Guarantee. If your claim meets all the criteria outlined below, we will honour the lower price and give you an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee.
1. Examples:
Some examples of situations that qualify for the Price Match Guarantee include but are not limited to:
❯ 1.1 You request a perpetual license of Archicad with one-year of maintenance, including our Archiclub service. If you receive an official offer that provides the same product without the Archiclub service and at a lower price than SIMBIM's suggested retail price by Graphisoft, you should submit the offer with your claim. We will match that offer and give you an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee.
❯ 1.2 You request a three-year subscription to Archicad or a one-year subscription to Bluebeam Revu, and you receive a lower offer than SIMBIM's suggested retail price by Graphisoft or Bluebeam. You should submit the offer with your claim. We will match that offer and give you an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee.
❯ 1.3 Example of special situations: You request a perpetual license of Archicad with one-year of maintenance, including our Archiclub service. If you receive an official offer that provides the same product without the Archiclub service but with different service conditions and/or at a lower price than SIMBIM's suggested retail price by Graphisoft, you should submit the offer with your claim. We will evaluate the offer to see if we can match it with our service capacities. If we can, you will receive an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee.
2. Limitations and restrictions:
Certain limitations and restrictions apply to the Price Match Guarantee, which are designed to ensure fairness and prevent abuse. These include:
❯ 2.1 The lower price must be from an official reseller of our brands.
❯ 2.2 The offer must be from a company within our direct market area, which includes Spain, Andora, and Portugal.
❯ 2.3 The offer must be binding and on official proposal paper.
3. Submitting your Price Match Guarantee claim:
We encourage you to submit a claim by contacting our support channel by phone at +34 800 000 143 (free call within Spain) or email us at support[at]simbim.es. Please provide all the required documentation along with your claim, and we will aim to respond within 2 working days.
4. Reviewing your claim:
We understand that your time is valuable, and we will try to independently validate your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible. Claims submitted after you have purchased a product or signed a proposal will not be valid or processed to prevent misuse of the Price Match Guarantee. We may deny a claim if the percentage difference between the offered price through our official channel and the qualifying lower price is 1% or less. We may also deny a claim if we suspect that the Price Match Guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent. If the competitor sales channel cannot offer a valid proposal with a lower price, we may deny the claim.
5. Approving your claim:
If we can verify the availability and eligibility of the qualifying lower price, we will match it and give you an additional 10% discount as a customer loyalty fee. If your claim is approved, any changes you make to your proposal, such as adding or reducing new licenses or making other changes, may invalidate the claim.
