ARCHICLUB Member Only Service

Analyze your Archicad project for issues related to size, speed and structure. This is a service available exclusively to Archicad customers with ARCHICLUB™ membership. Our Project Audit Service is a 116-point check designed to comprehensively examine your Archicad project for size, speed and structure issues. These three foundations support a fast, efficient and reliable workflow and enable you to optimize your projects.

After a thorough analysis of your file, you will receive a detailed PDF report divided into thematical sections, and each item is colour-coded to highlight opportunities for improvement and show healthy areas. Each point is thoroughly explained, and a link is provided to the relevant section in the Graphisoft Help Center. Results are also visualized by bar charts for quick feedback and comparison.

About the Complete Report

Your Audit Report will be provided in PDF format and will contain the results of the 116 checks performed on your file. The results are broken down into the following 7 sections:

+ Project Structure
+ External Content

The Process

Our Project Auditing Process works as follows:

+ You will need to ensure your .PLA file is less than 2Gb.
+ Complete the request form on this page.
+ Pay the audit service fee through our website (300€+IVA per audit).
+ Once the file is received and the payment is made, our team will review your file.
+ You will receive your Report in PDF format approximately 7 working days after your file submission.

Notes:

+ Turn around time for your report is approximately 7 days, however, this may vary.
+ Due to the nature of the checking process, work environment profiles, hot-linked modules, specific library part issues, Teamwork environment and photo rendering settings are not checked, but generalized advice is provided.
+ Your Project File will be audited using the current version of Archicad.
+ The Archicad Project Audit does not guarantee that all issues in every project will be addressed. Still, guidance is given for further follow-up with training, consultancy or technical support.
+ Some checks might not be completed if the project’s base language is other than Spanish or English.
+ We take confidentiality extremely seriously. Absolutely nothing will be shared with anyone outside SIMBIM and GRAPHISOFT.
+ The fee of 300€+IVA per audit is not refundable.
+ This service provides a Report outlining suggestions for improving your Archicad file. The service does not include the implementation of these suggestions or any editing of your file.
