+ Remember that you can always upgrade or downgrade your ARCHICLOUD subscription between different service packages. The downgrade request to lower service is available only before next billing date.

You can always cancel your subscription before your next billing date with no additional cancellation cost and your license remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We build all our servers on European Servers with the best cloud computing infrastructure which is the on-demand delivery of compute power, database storage, applications, and other IT resources through a cloud services platform via the internet. Cloud security is our highest priority. As a ARCHICLOUD customer, you will benefit from a data center and network architecture built to meet the requirements of the most security-sensitive organizations and projects.

STEPS TO SUBSCRIBE

- To start ARCHICLOUD subscription, simply purchase the service that you need from this page.

- Once you complete the purchase process, we will send you an email receipt and we start to process your order immediately. Your order process normally within 24 hours during working days.

- Payment terms are 3 days in advance of subscription period. It means you always pay 3 days earlier than your subscription period start.

NO PERMANENCY

- With ARCHICLOUD subscription, although we should sign a software service agreement but you are NOT locked in to a contract. You can easily cancel your subscription from your user portal at any time, with no penalty fees.

- If you cancel your ARCHICLOUD subscription, your access to related support platforms will continue to be valid until the end of your current billing cycle, and your recurring payments will be stopped.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

- Your annual or monthly ARCHICLOUD subscription automatically renews by charging your credit card every 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual) until you cancel it. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it is important to do this before your next billing date to avoid your next annual subscription payment being automatically charged to your credit card.

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

DATA PROTECTION

- Prior to your service activation, we will send all required documents for your review and consent acceptance (Data Protection, NDAs, Service Agreements, etc).

- We take your privacy extreme seriously, that's why before performing the service we will sign an NDA with you to protect your data and workflows before, during and after the service.

SECURITY

- We take online security extremely seriously. We use industry standard encryption for all communication of sensitive details. PAYMENTS
