In response to COVID-19 situation and to help our customers, we activated an emergency support protocol. During the quarantine period, we are ready to support you 7-days a week with ARCHICAD emergency helpline. We also increased the number of online (live) training hours by adding morning hours training as daily learning motivator.  

Despite the circumstances, we want to make sure that you can manage your workflow effectively. Our technical support team are more ready than ever to help you adjust to the challenges of this unique situation and to assist you in getting the most out of all of our products and active services. 

Emergency Support Protocols

+ Our support team is available (7-days a week) to help you with every product problem and question you might have

+ We assure you that your business is safe with us. All our products and infrastructure are up and running as usual. All operations, including GRAPHISOFTLearn training programs and pre-sale and post-sale support mechanism, are running like normal.

+ We increase the online training hours, and from next Wednesday (25/03/2020), you can access to a new edition of ARCHICAD BIM Management Essential program during morning time from 9:00 to 13:00 CET (See the GRAPHISOFTLearn Spain calendar 2020)
