Announcement: GRAPHISOFT ID Social Media Login Elimination by 15 August 2019

Since Mid-August 2019, No More Social Medial Login to GRAPHISOFT portals

If you have an account in any GRAPHISOFT portal through social media credentials (such as facebook or google), from 15th August 2019, you cannot use the same credentials to login to your portals (example: myARCHICAD, License Pool, BIMx portal, etc.). To be able to keep your account activated, you need to convert your social media credentials in GRAPHISOFT portals to a regular account. In a simple explanation, you will login to your GRAPHISOFT portals only through email and password.

Why it has happened?

Very straightforward reason, more security for your account. GRAPHISOFT published a troubleshooting article and explained the reason as: “This change was executed to the extent of safer and more reliable data-handling”. Fair enough!

How to convert social media credentials in GRAPHISOFT portals to a regular account?

Few simple steps: just click on “forgot password” under login page and ask for password reset. You will receive a password reset link to the email address linked to the social media account. After setting up the new password, the account will be accessible with your email and password.
